FREE RETURNS FOR ALL U.S. ORDERS + NO RESTOCKING FEES. YOU HAVE 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF FULFILLMENT TO RETURN ELIGIBLE ITEMS.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT?

Expect an emailed E-Gift Card within 5​ -7 ​business days of the delivery of your return at our warehouse. Please note this increase in processing time is due to the addition of FREE RETURNS, and as a result, elevated levels of returns. We appreciate your patience while we work quickly to resolve our staffing and processing needs. Store credit is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at the time of purchase. S​tore credit is not processed the day your item is delivered. It must first be sorted, inspected, and processed.

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the damaged item to rectify this. WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT.

We hope this will encourage you to take your time in selecting your purchases, and feel free to reach out to us with any questions regarding sizing or styling. Store credit never expires. We get new styles all the time and hope we can help you find something new if your purchase doesn't work out!


HOW DO I INITIATE A RETURN?

Please email e​ ncewear@gmail.com.​ Let us know that you would like to make a return, what item you would like to return, and your order number. We will respond to you and issue a Prepaid UPS return label that will be emailed directly to you. Print the label out and send your package back!

Please ensure that all items are in original condition with tags attached.


HOW DO I INITIATE AN EXCHANGE?

At this time, we do not offer exchanges for exact items due to limited stock and quantities. You will be issued a gift card for the amount of the item returned, and you can select a new item that is currently in stock.

The items you have been authorized to return should be included in your return package. Additional items that are not authorized with customer service ahead of time will not be eligible for a return and will not be calculated in your store credit.


ADDITIONAL RETURN DETAILS

  • We only offer STORE CREDIT for returns. We don't issue refunds back to your method of payment.
  • The amount of your store credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and did not include the shipping.
  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the fulfillment date.
  • Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn.
  • Store credit cannot be applied to future purchases until the return is processed. Meaning, you cannot use the store credit for any purchase before we have actually issued it to you.
  • During the return process, if an item is ineligible for a return, you will not be able to select that item for a return. This will be all items past the policy time frame or ones that are final sale.
  • If an item is ineligible for a return and it is included, we will have to send you back the ineligible item.
  • FINAL SALE and FLASH SALE items are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • All accessories are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for returns or exchanges. Accessories include hats, water bottles, headbands, and exercise equipment. Please allow 5-7 business days for return processing.
  • Once your return is processed, we will email you an E-Gift Card with your store credit that you can use on the website.
  • Store credit does not expire.
  • We do not cover return shipping for international purchases, APO addresses, and PO Box addresses.
  • Once an item has shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Be sure that the shipping address is accurate and displays apartment or unit numbers correctly.

  • Include your invoice and eligible items in the return package.
  • Once the return is delivered to our warehouse, it takes 3-7 business days for our team to process, and then we will email you an E-Gift Card with store credit. Please retain tracking for your records.
